Nice salt!

I really like the texture of this salt. It’s like a rock flake. It’s great to cook with. It can be a tad difficult to measure out as the crystals are large, but you figure it out. I use this salt for all my cooking and baking. It’s a wet salt so if you put it in a glass container you will notice the moisture content. I put it in a salt grinder and though it doesn’t grinder super well (comes out sparingly) it’s easier to sprinkle onto food that way. Overall I’m happy with the salt and love that it has a high mineral content (that’s how salt should be!). I was using Himalayan Real Salt before but it had grit in it that really hurt my teeth. With crucial four I can enjoy salt pain free lol. I definitely plan to continue purchasing.
