This is by far the best salt. Since using msalt I am fully hydrated everyday. I use a pinch with a bit of water right before bed and I don’t wake up and pee throughout the night anymore! I use it all day long, the taste is amazing and have told many people about it due to all the many wonderful benefits I’m seeing.

I love it. It is so...so salty delicious. Just put 1/8 tsp into a cup of lemon ginger drink helps my digestion, constipation wonder and less visit to the Jones' frequently. I love the fact that this salty is deliciously salty. just using a dash of mSalt to a full cup of drink, whoopy, compare to table salt to 1 to 2 tbsp to get this salty. All those times I thought salt is salt. But through mSalt Icelandic Flake Salt made me wonder how many kind of salt on earth that I need to learn about as to why this salt is more salty than the other, lo? But why mSalt Icelandic Flake Salt is so..so expensive? I take it as vitamin mineral would explain why the price is so high and the same multivitamin I bought IF I want real stuffs. Only question if I can afford it on my fix income.

I have been searching for a non-toxic salt (Pfas, heavy metals etc.), apparently rare now, and happy to find this. It has a great mild flavor compared to the Baja Gold, which has a hyper salty overbearing feeling in the mouth. This is smooth, BIG difference (for you connoisseurs out there). Love it.

I love this salt. I use a small pinch under my tongue a few times a day and also before bed. In my experience, it helps me feel more hydrated, balanced, and alert during the day. At night, it has also helped me feel more comfortable and sleep with fewer interruptions. Great quality and a product I’ll keep using.
