    I am so grateful for high quality salt!

    It can be alot to find things that are truly supportive now a days. One because there are so many options and two because they are all constantly thrown in our face. And where I'm at in life, I want what's effective not just whats the trend or popular in that moment. I was put on by a coach to support me in building out my own electrolyte mix to put in my water.     Love this salt

    We use this in my house now in lieu of electrolytes that are full of chemicals. A little in water , coffee, I even sprinkle some on my yogurt. It’s full of minerals unlike regular salt. My skin looks better than it ever has and I attribute it to this salt. I am no longer dehydrated, puffy or swollen. I highly recommend.
