You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items over $75 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Processing:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Processing times may very depending on volume, peak seasons, and sale periods.

Backordered Items:
Orders containing multiple items will be held until all products are available to ship.

Order Changes & Cancellations:
 Because our fulfillment process begins immediately, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed. However, if you contact us within 15–30 minutes of placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Liability:
Once an order leaves our warehouse, Crucial FOUR is not liable for damage or loss during transit. For added protection, consider using a shipping method with insurance or tracking.

International Orders:
International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and fees. We are not responsible for delays or customs issues. 

We are not responsible for abandoned packages. The shipping carrier will make three delivery attempts. If there is no response from the customer, the package will be marked as abandoned, and you forfeit any right to a refund or reshipment.

It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate with the carrier to ensure successful delivery.
