Crucial Four Refund & Return Policy


At Crucial Four, we stand behind the quality and integrity of every product we offer. As a small business deeply committed to sourcing the highest quality ingredients—often from small, independent farms—our refund and return policy reflects both our dedication to customer satisfaction and the realities of our unique sourcing practices.


Refund Eligibility

Unopened Items:Refunds are available for unopened items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and re-marketable.

Opened Items:
We generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened products. However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:

The product was damaged, tampered with, expired, or defective upon arrival.

You must provide clear photographic evidence to support your claim.

Our team will review each case individually and determine eligibility.

Allergic Reactions:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that cause allergic reactions. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any allergies or sensitivities before purchasing. All product ingredients are clearly listed to help customers make informed decisions.

Special Circumstances:
We understand that unique situations may arise. Under certain circumstances, we may issue a refund or store credit at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed and issued to your original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Why Our Policy Is Stricter Than Most

Crucial Four is not a massive, faceless supplement warehouse. We’re a family-run business with deep roots in quality, sustainability, and transparency. Our products are not mass-produced or sourced through large distributors. Instead, we work closely with small farms and trusted artisans to bring you the purest, most potent products available. Because of this:

Returns and refunds are difficult to absorb on a small scale.

Returned goods often cannot be resold, even if unopened, due to our strict standards.

We prioritize product integrity and safety over volume and profit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, even if within the 14 day window.

OZONE MACHINES

Ozone machines have a return policy of up to 14days. Ozone machines come with a lifetime policy. If equipment is not working please send to us and we will replace it. After 14 days RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED. If under any circumstances we approve a return there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the total charge.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged after submitting a claim from the postal service used. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@crucialfour.com ;and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items over $75 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
