I love the clean crispness of the salt, and the unusual shape makes it easy to pinch from the salt bowl that I keep near the stovetop. The % of minerals though is why I bought it.
I usually have a difficult time getting salt to dissolve in hot water, but with just a few stirs this salts dissolves nicely in hot water and the taste is amazing, very soft, not sharp at all.
