Hydration Must!
I live in a very dry state and have always had issues with dry skin. I started taking mHydrate daily and immediately noticed that instead of using the restroom 5 mins after every major water intake, my restroom breaks were infrequent and far apart. Then I noticed my face being more hydrated than I’ve ever seen it and realized that mHydrate was helping my body retain the water it needs to hydrate instead of drinking gallons of water that were just running right through me! This product has changed my hydration life!

I've tried quite a few electrolyte mixes. My husband cannot have stevia, doesn't like monkfruit, and wouldn't drink unflavored mixes I used. For some reason, even though this is unflavored, he likes this product alot and puts in his water every day. I also enjoy this electrolyte and appreciate the ingredients (more minerals than most) and no sweeteners. It also doesn't taste super salty like some other unflavored products I've tried. We will stick with this electrolyte moving forward.

Nothing short of amazing
When it comes to this stuff, you are immediately going to tell the difference once you add it to your drink. The electrolytes give it some type of sweet delicious taste that helps quench your thirst so you don't drink so much excessive fluid. Honestly it's nothing short of amazing just like everything else they make.
