taste is quite good, the ingredients list is impressive, but the quantities are somewhat anemic. You definitely have to add more to get the nutritional edge you might be looking for. Having said that, I'll continue using it - if they ever have the larger one in stock,
I’ve never used a product like this and I’m not huge into smoothies but I’ve put a teaspoon in my Greek yogurt and it seems to keep my energy up and sustain me until lunch time (or dinner time) depending on when I consume it. I like it doesn’t have a funky taste or added sweeteners.
MBreakfast with milk in the morning is the best start to my day. It is not only delicious and so satisfying, it gives me sustained energy that carries me well into my day. Tastes good, but the texture is not my favorite especially as I was hoping I can offer it to my toddler as well, but it has banana in it which he’s allergic too and the chocolate chunks in it after mixing it.
The taste is very good! I tried numerous breakfast powders without success. The bonus to the products CrucialFour creates, and their process, made their products a first choice after my doctor reviewed the ingredients and process! Well done!
