Great in coffee and oatmeal if I need an extra collagen boost! It doesnt have a strong a flavor you barely taste it.
I was using collagen from Costco but decided to try this one since I have been most pleased with all of crucial fours products thus far and I was not disappointed. This product seemed to address my joint and flexibility issues quicker (I walk daily and yoga 2x/week). I throw a scoop in my coffee and froth it up and with half and half and it makes my coffee velvety smooth and rich.
