Great organic protein with multiple servings in each pouch. i use HOT water to break it down half cup then chill with light cocoa. I also swear by the collagen i use it every morning with orange juice it also is a great protein source ,helps my joints tremendously. I enjoy Crucial Four cause i know these products are made with hard labor and a passion for Healthy living . 5 stars
