    3* for customer service for machine use

    I purchased the machine and was very excited because the price is so good and it does seem well made. But I cannot give it five stars because the experience I've had with the lack of help with my machine is just so incredibly disappointing. I bought the machine back in December I had to wait for my mail forwarding service to send it to me here in Costa Rica. The machine arrives very well packaged and as I said it looks great. It comes with great instructions but a promise of assistance from the company if we had any questions. I have literally sent several emails and sometimes had to wait 3 weeks to get a reply. The company's other products look amazing and I was really hoping to have a great experience with this device and perhaps being affiliate as I have quite a decent following online. However I would not be able to recommend this company to anyone if my followers wouldn't be well taken care of with excellent customer service. It's simply not acceptable to have to wait so long to get simple replies. I've had to seek elsewhere to answer my questions with how to use the machine.

    Biohacking Gem at home

    Easy to use and understand the different uses. Plenty of instruction & videos as well. Resources from my MD helped as well. This device should be in every home or at least in every doctors office. My auto immune symptoms have greatly improved after 2 months of consistent use and I feel like I'm in maintenance mode already. Grateful to be able to use the technology at home as it has been much more cost effective than going to the doctors office, granted that was for IV treatments but using this at home has close enough results that it was totally worth it for me.
