I never really upped my dose but I’ve been taking about a shot of this magnesium every night for a couple months now and not only have I been sleeping better but I wake up more energized and in a better mood (fiancé says I’ve been nicer to him so that’s my proof) Previously was taking Fedmeyer brand magnesium in vitamin form but even with this product tasting a bit like drywall I do prefer it over anything else I’ve tried

Amazing sleep
I used to take magnesium and pill form before I went to sleep, but of course it would not have time to kick in and work. This stuff works almost immediately and it is wonderful.

Pregnancy nausea lifesaver
I was taking this supplement pre pregnancy with my 3rd baby and continued when I got pregnant. With that baby I had zero nausea and zero heartburn. Both I typically get pretty badly. I took it my whole pregnancy. My 4th pregnancy I forgot to take it and was super nauseous, sore and had heartburn again. My current pregnancy I wanted to test it again so started right around when I got pregnant and sure enough no nausea, I missed one day and got nauseous by the evening so I know this helps. I do not skip a day now, after skipping a few around 30 weeks I felt more sore and lagging and was even nauseous at the end of the day, started up again and felt so much better. It helps the aches and pains of pregnancy and keep taking it after birth because it can keep you regular if taken consistently. Consistency is key. My 3rd pregnancy I drank almost 16oz per day. This pregnancy in between 4-8oz a day and getting the same results! I share this product with so many pregnant moms! Would love to see if others experience the same thing!
