    The spray is great ! Comes in a glass bottle which is a plus ! I spray it on the bottom of my feet every night , and I sleep so much better !

    Works for me!

    First of all I love that this is in a glass bottle. Anything to help reduce microplastics. As for the magnesium oil itself, it's really helped with tension in my lower back. For me it's almost immediate relief. I highly recommend this Magnesium oil!
